30th April 2014 -Boscastle

No chance for photos today so I have used some more from yesterday's trip to Boscastle. Such a pretty little fishing village.

I bought a freshly cooked lobster which had been caught that morning along the coast. This was my first taste of lobster and it was very nice but I think I prefer crab. Can't get it much fresher though!!

Many thanks for all your great comments on yesterday's shots - very much appreciated as always!!
Nice view !

@sansjuan thanks Nita! Perhaps I should try it cooked in a sauce! Always so expensive when eating out that I was afraid to order it in case I didn't like it. I thought it would have more flavour.

A lovely quaint scene Pam, and I like the processing too. K
Lobster is my oldest daughter's daughters favourite food and is a family favourite on Christmas Eve. My husband does a sauce with it too but I don't have it as I can be allergic to some seafood.

@elaine55 Thanks Elaine. I think I will have to try lobster again but in a sauce. So many people love it - I feel I must be missing out!! LOL!!

Fabulous b&w image! Looks like it could be from decades ago! I agree with you on crab over lobster, but I do love lobster rolls (a type of sandwich sold in Maine and along the eastern seashore coast, especially in the northeast, so a huge treat for a midwesterner!)
