We were treated to a lovely agility display this afternoon with this tiny wood mouse leaping along the wall to the bird house and running back just stopping for brief moments. It moves so fast - great to watch. Suddenly on the way back from the bird house with food in his mouth he lost his footing and shot off the wall. We jumped up to see where he had landed but couldn't see him. It took him two minutes to climb back up to the wall where his nest is. They are very agile!!
