2016 05 18 A circle in a circle

I just had to use the fisheye lens in this shot. We have entered the foyer of one of the many buildings we went in on the CAF tour. Sorry I cannot remember which building this is. The lovely circular balcony with gorgeous paintings (mosaics) was spectacular. We were so lucky to be able to go inside some of these buildings especially the Art Deco ones. I may be sharing some more inside shots of some of these gorgeous buildings!!

I am going to Yorkshire next Monday and will get my camera out again so my Chicago project will definitely end then!! I will be making a photo book of all my best shots I think as a permanent memory of a great holiday!!

Uploaded for my alternate album
Stunningly captured.

Totally awesome. How do you get the fish eye to do a complete sphere like this?

@jgpittenger take the lens cap off and open it up wide - in this case 8mm. ( lens is 8-13mm)

This is beyond simply fabulous! What a gorgeous image of a beautiful space...light and like a bubble! Clearly I missed a wonderful morning as this must have been the day we met you all around noon. I'm so glad we were all taking pictures so it's a fully complete report of the vacation together! (My book should be arriving any time soon!!!)

The Lafayette Building Lobby! It's really hard to capture because it's so tight -- but you and your lens did it!
