I went for a walk with Finlay this afternoon to the local country park. Took lots of shots of dragonflies which were taunting me by flying right in front of me!! None came out very well and I was walking back to the car very disapointed when this large flock of birds flew right over head. I was pleased to get five of them all in focus!! I am reliably informed they are Lapwings.
