I put some fresh mealworms out this morning and very quickly the gang of starlings decended on them. Finlay had other ideas however and kept chasing them off. This one seemed braver than the rest and sat on top of the feeder taunting Finlay. Needless to say the gang came back and gobbled up most of the mealworms!! They really are greedy!!
We don't have many birds actually in our garden as Gordie is too vigilant. This bird must have been very hungry. Love the visual balance created by the metal loop.
