Is this horse owned by someone? You said "gypsy horse", but what does that mean? It's a pity to see this exquisite animal looking so matted; it can't feel good to him! Indeed, he has a beautiful face...he needs someone to love him more!
The horses are owned by gypsies (check out Romany Gypsies) who are travellers. They normally live in caravans and travel around the country. They normally have lots of horses and are usually well cared for as they breed them and sell the ponies. The horses can often be seen on common land or roadsides. These horses are in a field with lots of weeds which have stuck in the horses manes and tails. They have been reported to the RSPCA but nothing has been done about it.
