You can just see his face so maybe this doesn't qualify. He was serving me with two lobster thermidor which were reduced to half price. I have never tasted this dish and have heard so many people say how lovely it is. We will be having this for our dinner tonight - hope it's as tasty as it looks!!
First, I must say I'm envious of your dinner! I have not known exactly what a faceless portrait is. At a very arty sense, I would guess that the face could be masked out or replaced. But in a more candid/real sense, it seems to me that if we don't see the face, but from the 'portrait' can 'see' the person, then it should count. That was what was behind my thinking with the trapeze. Even if you'd never met Grace, the portrait of her flying in the air tells us a story about her. I could very easily be wrong on this, of course!
Hope you bought three, I'm coming over to your house for dinner! I like this shot very much. It certainly qualifies for the theme so far as I'm concerned, there's no way I could identify this bloke if I met him in the street. Great pov Pam.
Not a big lover of lobster and most of it here in Maine is server hot in the shell out of the pot or cold in a roll. I was curious about this faceless portrait and stumbled upon this link. http://yourshot.nationalgeographic.com/assignments/faceless-portrait/#recent Some wonderful inspiration here. Maybe this is where you team started.

First go at the faceless portrait - not sure if this qualifies or not.
