2016 02 21 - A new friend

We met this gorgeous old boy in the woods today. He loved Finlay and they had a lovely run around even though he was about 5 times bigger than Finlay!! Not sure what kind of dog he is but isn't he gorgeous!!

As everyone says - its one of those dogs! I've been to Bern but never seen these dogs. Some friends always chose this breed but stopped because they had such a short life!

Oh gosh -- he's a Bernese Mountain Dog. That's the breed Nutmeg was! He's a beauty. They are wonderful wonderful dogs. I hope he and Finlay get to become friends...I'll love seeing the photos.
