Who remembers the film French Connection? I had this memory of a car chase under the L with the policeman (was it Popeye?) after the drug dealers. When we walked under the L on a few times I took shots hoping I would get something to try and create that grungy look I remembered. Maybe my memory of the film is not right - it's an old film!! LOL!!
Converted to B&W using Nik Sliver Efex and then added some texture in Topaz Effects.
