Yesterday we had a drive along the coast to Bude and then back along the Coombe Valley stopping off at our favourite little bay Duckpool. It was torrential rain for most of the drive but stopped briefly when we arrived at Duckpool. We had a little walk around but could see the black sky on the horizon coming quickly towards us. Thankfully we got back to the car in time. Today has started with torrential rain again although I can see some blue sky over the sea. Hopefully we will get out for our walk between showers!! Oh yes we are on holiday in Devon!! The weather is so different from last year in lockdown when we had glorious weather.
