A typical grey and overcast day in Cumbria but I took a detour because I missed my bus. I love the view up to Black Combe, especially when the light is good and it has lots of colours in it and not just black. I have never climbed it, I must put it on my to do list!
A beautiful shot towards the distant hills - fav! Although I've walked thousands of miles and love the hills, I've done very little in the Lake District - a sad omission!
