Thank you for your nice comments @geertje the words are names of French beaches @cmt2812 no, it's the month of "Paris beaches" in Paris, on the right bank, on the quay they built a beach (see all my past pictures...) and there's a swimming pool too, just in front of the Ile Saint Louis.
