When we had dinner together, Lux gave me, for no reason except her awesome kindness, this frame with a picture of Yoshi, her greenfinch. Nothing could have make me happier. I adore it. Since wednesday I can't stop looking at it. Her story with the bird is really sweet and because she's a very talented photographer, she takes wonderful pictures of her husband and Yoshi's complicity. My photo is not so good but I really wanted to upload it today. I put it on the fireplace, next to the most precious thing I hold: the vane of my parent's sold house.
