I still have one somewhere. bought it of course in Paris. unfortunately we only had time for a short stopover we were on our way home. left New York by boat crossing the ocean and docked at Bremen, Germany from where we (that is I and a young man I met on the ship who later became my husband) took a train to Paris and from there the next day home to Hamburg. sorry to babble on but it brought back old memories.
Thank you, should I be expecting one in the mail soon? LOL. My mother did buy my little one in Paris when she was there, maybe from this man (or a member of his family). They were selling when I was there as well, but I didn't buy one, I already had one. Thanks for the shot!!
Great color in this shot. Seems a little unfair, three sellers to one customer! Would be hard to say no!! Love this photo, really feel the action of the street vendor!
We were waiting for our friends under the tower when the police or someone must have started to come through. It was amazing how fast all those Eiffel tower sellers scooped up their stuff and RAN!!! Great street capture!
