@cristenfarrell I like Cuisine the bar for a quick lunch, there's one rue du Cherche Midi, near the famous boulangerie and one in the Marais. Tarte tatin is an apple tart with caramel and cooked upside down ( http://www.aftouch-cuisine.com/recipe/tarte-tatin-266.htm) this one is just big pieces of apples on pastry.... You'll be able to taste them very soon :-)
