Rosy Garlic by pattyblue

Rosy Garlic

On a stretch of the canal there is a patch of these Rosy Garlic plants.
I’ve walked past them many times but today I noticed they have these red bulbils which I’ve never seen before.
I’ll be back later in the year to get some seeds for my garden.
A nice shot

Nice capture of this beautiful plant. The delicate pink flowers and bright red berries really stand out with those dark green leaves.

They are lovely, and make a very nice photo - fav! Canal towpaths make fascinating places to explore, with their lovely range of wild flowers, the novel views of the places they pass through and the industrial archaeology along the way.
