Three eagle feathers is the collective name for the three-day intensive tests that meet the older campers, usually at summer camps.
The test consists of:
eagle-feather silence - 24 hours withstand talk
eagle-feather hunger - 24 hours without food, pure water to drink only
eagle feathers solitude - 24 hours outside the camp
