Waiting on the runway of Blackpool Airport for take off clearance, we had to wait for the RAF Red Arrows to clear our air space after displaying over the beach, all nine crossed our path in three groups of three by the time I got my compact camera out six had gone by, I was in a small light aircraft taking a flying lesson. (my entry for this weeks from a window theme)
Now this is a different window photo. Great shot and well done for getting the shot too. I miss seeing the Red Arrows sometimes. They always came to Cyprus for a couple of month during February time to practice their routine for the summer.
@onewing Thanks Babs Jenny's mum lives near Scampton and sees the Arrows all the time, Jenny,s sister lives near Coningsby and sees the BBMF all the time, location, location lucky people:)
@dide Thanks very much Dianne, we know they would overfly our runway but they where gone in a flash, may be the worst shot of the Arrows ever posted on 365 project, lol:)
@novab Thank you for your great comments Nova, I flew the aircraft over my house and managed to take some photograph's sadly the camera was not up to the job:)
