Fabulous sc shot. It looks very good for its age. We had a mini in the 1960s and had to have a plastic mug in the car to bale out the water when it rained. ha ha.
@teiko Thank you Emilie, This shape Mini was produced from 1959 until 2000 by BMC and British Leyand, redesigned by BMW in 2000 the new shape Mini is still manufacture by BMW to date, millions have sold around the world and they are still going strong:)
@peterlgrave Thanks Peter, good ones are still selling for high prices just looked up an historic car site to get an idea, 3 different 1969 mini's ranged from £7,500 to £26,500 for a fully restored mini cooper must be gold plated, lol:)
@onewing Thank you Babs, surprisingly I've never owned a Mini I was into soft top sports cars in my formative years and early married life, until more than two seat were required (children), know what you mean they were a little cheap and rough in the early years, many of my friends had Mini Coopers that could give my sports cars a good run for their money and often did, Happy Days:)
@stray_shooter Thank you Ron, look at my comments to Peter @peterlgrave a friends dad got one new in the mid sixties and it cost around £600 on the road including all taxes, how times have changed:)
@simta Спасибо, Татьяна, когда я впервые сделал под названием Остин 7, пресса назвала это Mini, из-за очень коротких юбках в моде в то время, его название было изменено, я просто люблю, чтобы увидеть эти очень короткую юбку, лол :)
