@onewing Thank you Babs for your comment, brickwork looks sound its about all that's good, no for sale or rent boards on show, had to pick a Sunday morning to take this shot, its located less than two miles from the city centre and is solid with traffic in both lanes in the week, as it was I had to pick breaks in the traffic to get a clear shot, I was standing on the medium of the dual carrageway:)
At least it appears to be fully air conditioned.
