Went out deliberately to see if I could find a painted stone along the Calder Canal following Sheralee @bella_ss posting yesterday https://365project.org/bella_ss/365/2019-01-10 just to show we have them also in the northern hemisphere and yes I found this one today, I will record its location on Calderdale Rocks then hide it some where along the canal.
Nice find, and I'm surprised that nobody mentioned the great composition. Love how you shot this, especially the depth of field. I've never heard of this rock trend, but will now have to look closer when out and about taking photos.
@stray_shooter Thanks Ron for your great comments I did give some thought to this shot wanted just the right amount of background detail to give a feel for the location yet still retain the foreground detail:)
