The Grade I listed Piece Hall, Halifax, dating from 1779, when it was built as a Cloth Hall for the trading of ‘pieces’ of cloth (a 30 yard length of woven woollen fabric produced on a handloom),

@365projectorgheatherb Thank you for both your comment and Fav Heather as always its appreciated, it was restored and reopened in 2017 at a cost of £30 million pounds, it’s now also used as an open air concert venue and very popular it is to:)
