War Veteran Protester

Came across this Vietnam War Veteran in Leyland Lancashire today, he was protesting against the local council's inablility to prosecute his next door neighbour from running his business from a domestic premises, he said its because his neighbour is a councillor and the town mayor.

Sounds like he has a case! Fighting City Hall is always a tall order, more so in this case.

Asked him if I could take the photo, then listened to his story, I agree with you Ron he's got very little chance to win such a shame.
