What a lovely shot, love his eye. This reminds me of a blackbird in our garden once when we first got married. We had been away for a while and the apples from the tree had fallen on the ground and fermented. a blackbird had been eating them and I think it must have been a bit like cider because he was legless. ha ha. Sat there for ages looking cross eyed. He eventually flew off, but I bet his Missus said "I bet you have been to Happy Hour", ha ha.
Nice clear capture Peter.I think that they were one of the things imported into Australia that gave England a bad name here.(foxes,rabbits,sparrows blackbirds,etc)
