Hi Peter, great photo.
I'm from Portugal and went to investigate a bit.
The sculpture is named "Pop Rooster", "Beyond" is the name given to the exhibition of 30 sculptures exhibited in England until January 2021.
In my understanding "Beyond" is related to the feeling of being far away, which is expressed by millions of Portuguese living all over the world.
The "Galo de Barcelos" (a simple piece of handicraft) has become a symbol of popular culture in Portugal a few decades ago, and millions of units are sold every year to tourists.
Joana de Vasconcelos simply took it and adapted it to the gigantic modernity, which is usual in her works.

@antonios Many thanks for your interesting comment and thank you for the explanation Antonia, it was located at the entrance of the Yorkshire Sculpture Park a large park full of scuplures, unfortunately no one was near to add scale to the sculpture it was enormous:)
