This very vocal and demanding bird was very upset that the bird feeder was empty...and was letting me know that she wasn't pleased. Before I could put my camera down and fill it up she decided to help herself to the cat food.
How cute! You are falling down on the job, Peggy. Better whip it into shape or she is going elsewhere for her free food!!! Just as soon as she finishes off the cat food (better hurry or she'll be the cat's next meal).
