This is the tail end of a group of about 200 anti-Wall Street protesters who were marching from their gathering point to the Bank of America corporate office building yesterday. The guy on the bike, who was riding with the group, appears to have tired of the march and is looking for a street race challenge. :)
I'm no financial expert but if I had racked up 100K in debt at the age of 22 I'd be attending job fairs and typing up resumes instead of marching in anti-capitolism rallies. Just saying.
