I love a Camellia & haven't got one in the garden yet ! They are quite expensive & we bought our sister & brother in law one last year for their golden wedding ....I was tempted to keep it !!!
@lisjam1 Lisa ~ I think camellias would be the perfect flower if they had a scent...but they don't. :( But they certainly add a lot to a dreary winter landscape in the South as they bloom from November through February.
I can't believe you are lucky enough to have these beauties bloom in the winter. They are gorgeous! Seeing your pictures of Edisto makes me so excited for heat and humidity!! Lovely shot Peggy!
