I took this photo for the word of the day challenge only to find out that I'm a day late with 'rust'. Today's word was 'book'. Oh well, that's pretty typical for a former Deadhead. :)
Three good things:
1. Shopping with daughter, Molly, today for Harper and her soon-to-be baby brother's spring wardrobes.
2. New countertops for kitchen selected
3. Chili simmering on the stove

@happypat Jerry Garcia was the lead guitarist, singer, and songwriter for the rather laid back rock group The Grateful Dead. Their heyday years were in the 70's and 80's.

Seriously, you’re a former Deadhead? We have an outdoor concert venue close to us, and we always loved it when the Grateful Dead came to town because encampments of Deadheads would pop up in the fallow fields, and people would start showing up in the grocery store in bare feet and tie-dyed clothing!
hey, those could be pages from a book....fossilized....from a different world...in a different time...from.ours...with ketchup and mustard spilled on them...
