The perfect combination of rain and sunshine have resulted in a spectacular spring blooming season in Charlotte, NC. This is one of my next door neighbor's 'George Tabor' azaleas. I'm so envious that I'm going to the nursery tomorrow and getting some of my own to plant. :)
Three good things:
1. Planted my herbs today
2. Hamburgers on the grill tonight with the season's first homegrown tomatoes (from the farmers market). They are sooooo delicious!
3. Tickets to Friday's round of the Wells Fargo Championship golf tournament
Wonderful detail, Peggy. Homegrown local tomatoes? Oh, the envy! We won't see those until sometime in July. And with the Spring that we are having it may be more like August.
