We have definitely been under the influence of a wet weather pattern this summer. A shot between showers is all I have for today.
Three good things:
1. Looking forward to having a wonderful group of family and friends here for lunch tomorrow
2. Harper had a fun and fabulous first day at school today
3. It's not raining at the moment :)
First day at school...proper school Peggy, that seems very early to me...is it just part time to begin with?

@happypat It's nursery school, Pat...just on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. More for socializing, cognitive stimulation and self-awareness than for structured learning. Kindergarten is still a few years away, thank goodness...she's growing up too fast! :)
@peggysirk Ah exactly what Max goes to in NZ Peggy....she will love it! Girls are more sociable than boys although Max does like it once he gets there but would rather be home helping daddy!!
You poor things seem to have had our summer from last year (only warmer). Maybe it's a sign that next year will be better - mind you I seem to remember that your winter was better than our summer!
