I had a wonderful time at the beach with family and friends over the Labor Day weekend...lots of fabulous food, fun, and laughter!
Came home, was hit hard by some kind of upper respiratory crud, and a call from my mom that she had taken a fall and hurt her back on Wednesday night. So, have been trying to get her on the path to recovery while trying not to contaminate her with my germs. It's been a challenging week.
Hope to start catching up with everyone over the next couple of days. Have a great weekend! :)

My daughter Cathy went on holiday to NC when she was about 17...a place on the shore called Kiitiwake & Cape Hatteras.....these houses reminded me of her holiday photos. They stayed in a lovely silvery grey wood house on stilts....I so envied her & the little monkey was homesick so never got the full pleasures!
Hope your mum soon gets up on her feet again...the main aim of the older person is to stay on your feet......
