Four decades of great music, and sounding as amazing as ever! Last night's Eagles concert was a fabulous trip through the years of my misspent youth and beyond. Loved it! :)
This shot was one of many really bad photos...concert lighting is way beyond my photography skill level. But it was the only one I got with all of the major players in the same shot...left to right: Tim Schmit, Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh.
Three good things:
1. Eagles concert...three hours of awesome music
2. A laid back day of college football today...Go Dawgs!
3. Got out early this morning to get some shots and cheer on Thunder Road Marathon runners going through the 'hood
Oh this sounds great ...I know it seems awful but my very square husband has never heard of them!!!! Not keen to go & by the time we make our mind up all tickets will be sold!! Ah well! Sounds a great night & your photo is so good as not easy in the concert place. I think you must have had a longish zoom or you were really near the front.
@happypat We had great seats, Pat. First level, about 9 rows back. I'm sorry you couldn't interest Harry in the concert. But I understand his reluctance to commit to it ~ I'd have a hard time justifying the ticket price if it wasn't a group I really loved. And you're right...the tickets go quickly!! We bought ours when they first went on sale last Spring.
