It was time to get some new athletic shoes...the tread was worn down and my toe had started poking through the old ones (left). I love New Balance shoes and was pleased to see that they've added toe reinforcement to their new line of shoes (right). Apparently I wasn't the only one with a toe hole issue.

To think that these shoes have come from only roughly forty or fifty miles from my house srptraight into yours Peggy. One of my B&Bers works at the factory wher they make them between Maryport & Workington in Cumbria.
@happypat Really, Pat? I did not know that. I adore New Balance...they feel like they were custom made for my feet. It's the only brand I buy. And, obviously, they are always looking for ways to improve on quality. ☺
So good to see you Peggy and how the grand kids have grown. I love the picture of Harper playing ball. William is growing up so quickly too. You are right! New Balance are the best. Just replaced mine too. Hope you are doing well.
