Price's Chicken Coop totally fits in the 'dive' category, but they do make world famous fried chicken. That might be a bit of a stretch, but Price's is regarded as some of the best fried chicken in the Southeast (US). It's been featured on the Food Network, Travel Channel, Southern Living magazine, etc. And they make some mean hushpuppies too. When Jay Leno was in town last week he was seen ordering lunch at the Coop.
