Little Possum

This little guy was exploring the backyard with his twin brother. By the time I got my camera all I saw of the brother was his tail going through the gate. But this one posed for a split second before joining him.

I am not familiar with possums at all but he has a very bright shiny eyed face. I wonder if they are a nuisance & what do they eat? Great fur detail!

@happypat They are a bit of a nuisance, Pat, but they eat insects, snails, slugs, snakes and mice so they're good for pest control if nothing else. ☺
