The Visitor

This little rabbit came hopping down the front walk when I was putzing around in the garden. She stood there watching me long enough for me to wonder if she'd stay while I went in to grab my camera. Surprisingly, she was still there when I came back out. As soon as I got a few shots she hopped off into the hedges. It's as if she knew I needed one more 'connecting with nature' photo for my photo class. ☺

Three Good Things:
1. Synchronicity
2. 'Sick! Science Kits' for little kids
3. A very welcomed rain shower yesterday
Wonderful capture!!

That's a pretty rabbit - is it your normal breed?

@judithg It's an Eastern Cottontail, Judith...the most common wild rabbit. They are pretty cute little creatures.

Yes indeed - Nigel's ears glow like that when the sun is behind him!

What a skinny little thing. We have real well-fed large rabbits and round bunnies. Great catch!!!
