This runner was grateful for the water station he just passed, the fact that he had reached the halfway point, and that the next quarter mile was downhill.
Three Good Things:
1. Lots of neighbors were out this morning to cheer on the runners.
2. A freshly washed car
3. Gevalia coffee
Oh poor man I thought it was the end! I have no idea why folk want to,put themselves through this torture.....you can tell I hate exercise ! Lovely action shot Peggy!
