of cheesecake. I'm not crazy about pumpkin anything, with the exception of roasted pumpkin seeds and whole pumpkins for decoration. I especially don't care for pumpkin pie. I found a recipe for Pumpkin Cheesecake that looked promising for Thanksgiving dessert. It was fabulously delicious!! Just a hint of pumpkin swirl, a pecan/gingersnap crust, drizzled with salted caramel sauce ...Yum.
