Traditional Southern New Year's Dinner

On January 1 we always have collard greens, black-eyed peas, ham and corn muffins for good luck and prosperity in the new year. And even if it has nothing to do with luck or finances, it's a delicious tradition at my house. ☺

Three Good Things:

1. Meeting delightful new neighbors
2. The first rain-free day in weeks
3. A University of Tennessee bowl game victory
