of ice cream cake from Tom's birthday. A combination of Ben & Jerry's vanilla and Chocolate Therapy ice cream, between two layers of devil's food cake, iced with buttercream frosting, and topped with chocolate crunchies. Photographed, then eaten. ☺

@lisabell I did make it, Lisa, after Harper and Will told me they thought ice cream cake was *Grandaddy's* favorite kind of cake. It was surprisingly easy to make using a springform pan to set everything up.
