I had hoped to get a better shot of the interior of St. Peter's Episcopal Church this morning. I thought I got there early enough to get different angles and such. But a few fellow parishioners were arriving early as well and I had to be more surreptitious with my camera than I'd hoped.
Three Good Things:
1. The humility of an Ash Wednesday service
2. Lunch with my photography class group
3. Tom is on an earlier flight from Houston and wants to take me out to dinner tonight. Two meals out in one day...I feel like I'm on vacation. ☺
Beautiful Peggy & you put me to shame, I never went this morning but my sister got a big enough mark fir me too she says! That back art work is glorious!
@happypat I know how your sister felt, Pat. I came home with a cross the size of sandwich on my forehead...and little flecks of ash on my nose and cheeks like freckles. Glad I came straight home before going anywhere else. Folks would have thought I was a chimney sweep. 🙂
