Not much in the way of autumn color in Charlotte, NC. The temps aren't matching the calendar and it still feels like spring. Waiting for sweater and boots weather...
Three Good Things:
1. A big Chicago Cubs win last night!
2. Steaks cooked on the grill
3. Knowing when to quit...I have a 'Geek on Call' scheduled to come fix (hopefully) my laptop after I've only been successful in making things worse
I love the little red leaves scattered amongst the green and that sunlight is beautiful. We all get excited about the turn of the seasons whether its Spring as over here or Autumn where you are. Thank goodness for the "Geeks" who can sort out our IT problems. Hope it works for youl.
@cruiser Thanks, Chris. I debated whether to call in IT help or just get a new laptop since mine is about four years old. I would prefer to keep what I'm comfortable with...I don't like setting up and learning a new computer. Hope the Geek can bring mine around.
Same here I've only had my lovely big coat out once & then I was too hot! Stunning weather here too but the trees are looking amazing! That streaming sun coming in from the right lights up all those individual colours perfectly!
It's been a lovely Fall, but an odd one in that it doesn't quit! We've yet to start craving hot mulled cider, and my heavy sweaters are still "too heavy" for the seasonally mild days!
