Brussel Sprouts

When I woke up this morning I would never have imagined that my morning would be spent cleaning, prepping, and roasting five industrial sized pans of brussel sprouts for today's soup kitchen lunch. I'm pleased to say I met the 11:30 AM deadline unassisted...and the brussel sprouts seemed to be well received by our diners. :)

Three Good Things:
1. The Atlanta Falcons are SuperBowl bound!
2. The generosity of local grocery stores and farmers who donate massive amounts of food to charitable organizations
3. Hugs
I bet you don't want to look a Brussels Sprout in the face for a while Oeggy! Well done you & it's great to see you enjoying yourself helping others, pats on the back to all!
I love a Brussel Sprout myself!

Well done, Peggy, that's a lot of standing and preparing brussels sprouts. Love them with Sunday roast.

@cruiser Thanks, Chris. I sampled one or two from each pan just to make sure they were ready. That was enough for me. :)
