so, it's a soup kitchen photo day. I'm not a fan of salmon cakes, but today's entrée was a huge hit with our guests. The white 'stuff' in the bowl is an amazing homemade tarter sauce that did not translate well in this bad iPhone shot.
Three Good Things:
1. Trader Joe's donation of 16 pounds of fresh salmon
2. Arriving home just before the big storms rolled in
3. My beautiful mom's birthday is today. Eighty three and going strong...
