The soup kitchen received 75 lbs of boneless leg of lamb from Trader Joe's. We had to trim and cut them all for lamb stew. I'm ready to adopt a plant based diet after a morning of meat work.
Three Good Things:
1. One last beautiful spring day before a heat wave moves in tomorrow
2. Friend Marcia wants to start hitting tennis balls with me on Thursdays
3. Reading an excellent book - 'Great Circle' by Maggie Shipstead
