I went shopping at the Restaurant Depot this morning for salad ingredients and parmesan cheese for the pasta primavera we're making for lunch tomorrow at the soup kitchen. The Depot is huge - acres of food on shelves stacked to the ceiling. This is just a very small part of the cheese section. It blows my mind every time I go in there. They have every food product imaginable. It's a wonderland for foodies.
Three Good Things:
1. I remembered to take a jacket. Everything I needed today was in the refrigerated area. It's freezing in there.
2. Everything fit in my car.
3. Got everything bought, delivered and put away at the soup kitchen, and was back home before the rain arrived.
