I finally found a chocolate chip recipe that results in a cookie that is crispy on the sides, and soft & chewy in the center. It's a little involved with freezing the dough scoops on the cookie sheet for 15 minutes, and lifting/dropping the cookie sheet halfway through cooking...but it works. ☺
Three Good Things:
1. A tiny sprinkle of Maldon sea salt flakes on chocolate chip cookies
2. First appointment I could get for donating blood is the middle of February. People must be responding to the American Red Cross blood shortage.
3. The first cup of coffee in the morning
