I really like the Ryobi battery powered lawn mower that my son in law gave me. It has a great mulching blade on it. On the front lawn where the leaf cover wasn’t so heavy it did a fine job mulching. The lawn looked completely clear. The lower yard is a different story. There are just too many leaves piled up too deeply for the mower to mulch effectively as you can see. The battery gave out on me at this point. I switched to a fully charged battery and continued on. I gave up a short while later. There are just too many leaves.
Oh dear! I guess if you have a large property and power is a long way off, battery power is the way to go. I wish someone would work on making their life longer though! Same with these electric cars. Rubbish on a longer journey in cold weather! Looks like you have more work to do once it is recharged......
