Jack in the Pulpit

I couldn’t get the leaf covering “Jack” to unveil him by itself so I helped a little. Years ago I brought one or two of these up from the woods behind us and planted them in the shade garden. Now we have at least a dozen of them.

Another “weather alert” day for us here in Western Pennsylvania. Weatherman says severe storms coming today. At least these will be during the daylight hours.
